Testing, Commissioning & Transition Readiness Checklist

Testing and commissioning is where delivery assumptions are exposed.

Many complex infrastructure projects reach this phase with substantial effort already invested, yet still carry unresolved interface issues, incomplete documentation, unclear acceptance criteria, fragmented stakeholder ownership and operational risks that have not been properly worked through. At that point, the cost of poor preparation rises quickly.

This checklist is designed to help project teams, asset owners and delivery partners assess whether they are genuinely ready to move through testing, commissioning and transition to operations in a controlled and credible manner.
