Systems integration and operational readiness

Clarus Caelum provides technical leadership, design management and systems integration management for Transport and Energy projects. We coordinate designers, suppliers and operating teams to manage requirements, interfaces and the evidence needed for a system to enter service.

When the gaps sit between systems and organisations

This can arise when several suppliers deliver connected systems, responsibilities cross package boundaries or testing and handover are approaching. Each party may understand its own work while dependencies, unresolved decisions or the evidence needed to progress remain unclear.

The useful starting point is the decision the client needs to make and what must be understood before making it.

How Clarus Caelum helps

We coordinate appointed designers and specialist suppliers, manage requirements and interfaces, and bring design reviews and technical decisions into a common delivery sequence. We follow issues through with the responsible parties and escalate decisions that affect the work.

As systems come together, we coordinate integration planning, readiness reviews and the evidence required by the client and operating team. Delivery and operating responsibilities stay connected through to handover.

What you receive

Coordinated design and integration plans, assigned technical decisions, and a working record linking requirements, interfaces and acceptance evidence. You can see how the separate packages must come together and which unresolved connection or decision needs attention before the next stage.

Illustrative example: a field system and a control system are progressing separately, but neither supplier owns the complete interface. We bring the parties together, clarify responsibility and the evidence required, and manage the actions through integration. The client retains the agreed acceptance authority.

Use the Delivery Health Check

The Multi-Supplier Delivery Health Check exposes delivery, interface and governance risks in about 15 minutes. If the immediate concern is testing, handover or operational acceptance, the Readiness Checklist provides a focused companion route. Prefer direct help? Use the engagement route at the end of this page.

Discuss technical or integration support

Describe the systems, design packages or suppliers that need to work together and the milestone ahead. Clarus Caelum can provide technical and integration management to address the gaps and prepare for operation.
