Manage the route from testing to operation
Testing, commissioning and handover need a common sequence, with owners and entry conditions for each stage. Clarus Caelum manages the agreed programme with suppliers, project teams and future operators.
Prepare and coordinate testing
Define the test and commissioning sequence, responsibilities and entry conditions. Coordinate supplier activities, keep the evidence and defect records current, and organise the reviews needed before progressing.
Prepare the operating team
Bring documentation, training, support, cutover and fallback arrangements into the delivery programme. Clarify what the operating team needs to take over and who must provide it.
Manage open conditions through handover
Track remaining defects, evidence and responsibilities through readiness reviews and the client's acceptance decision. Keep outstanding conditions visible alongside the technical test results.

Progressive verification on a motorway systems programme
Timothy Scott led delivery activities across a major motorway operational-systems programme. A virtual integration environment was used to examine system behaviour and operational data before site activity.
Progressive testing connected field installation, commissioning and operational transition. Defects, training, operating documentation and support arrangements were treated as delivery responsibilities.
