Clarus Caelum’s Delivery Diagnostic examines an agreed project or delivery concern with the people involved. If you already know the management support you need, you can discuss that directly.
The review and what you receive
We examine the agreed plans, records and working arrangements with relevant participants. We trace the concern through milestones, supplier dependencies, evidence and management responsibilities, distinguishing established facts from assumptions.
You receive prioritised findings, the decisions that need to be made and a practical set of next actions. These can inform a recovery plan, clarify management responsibilities or identify a specific improvement to make. The diagnostic is a scoped professional service; completing a free website tool is optional.
Agreeing a useful scope
Before work starts, we agree the decision to support, boundaries, available records, participants and timing, together with scope, fees and availability. The review depends on access to relevant information and people.
