The client-side mandate
The mandate aligns governance, priorities, integration, decisions, evidence and transition around the client outcome. It makes ownership and escalation visible while preserving the responsibilities of delivery partners and technical authorities.
How the role works with your team and suppliers
Clarus Caelum works through the client’s agreed governance, alongside existing leaders and suppliers. The role coordinates decisions and interfaces, challenges evidence, and helps the team leave a usable operating outcome rather than creating parallel control.
Mobilisation, success measures and fit
The sponsor, mandate, decision rights, interfaces, start conditions and success measures are agreed before mobilisation. Progress is reviewed against decision quality, delivery control, evidence, readiness and transition outcomes. This model is not labour hire or unmanaged staff augmentation, and it is not the right fit where no client mandate or decision authority can be established.
